Google is developing a new calling app the Google's calling app and this has been hinted to be named as the Google Call. This has appeared in many of YouTube's Popup Ads and is not downloadable now . This is the mighty makeover for the existing google Phone app. This is said to give all the functionalities of the Truecaller app but with no ads.
As we know the caller ID feature is present in the Google Phone app, This will have a much better improvement and a better user Interface and user experience. This was first spotted by u/DominusLus a Reddit user who found this in a Youtube Ad. It also shows about the caller ID functionality which is currently available in the Phone by Google App and hence this is told to be the rebranded version of the same app
In October, Google had announced that it will be rebranding its G Suite to Workspace with new icons for Google Drive, Gmail, Meet, Docs, Chat, Calendar, and Keep. Each of these icons have the same four colours Blue Red Yellow and Green and follow a similar design pattern. This new icon for Phone by Google also will fall right in line with the new Workspace icons if it turns to be the rebranded one.
